The lush electronic/melodic music Monkey make defies any of the limitations that having 3 members can often enforce.
The band are based at Fortress Studios N1 - they have been there since last November recording, rehearsing an writing for their debut album which is pencilled for release later this year.
This double A side single is their debut and is a hint of what is to come - uplifting and introspective at the same time - aptly described by Vanity Project as like 'laughing through tears' and by Losing Today.Com as 'wayward, end of the line melancholia with tingling cosmic backdrops'. It is also available on 7" from selected stores. The next single is being recorded now and will be out on the back of a mini-tour in November.
Meanwhile the band are taking a break from recording to play at the Barfly: London on Weds 18th August supporting the fantastic Sizer Barker.
