Proclaiming itself 'here to win your hearts and interfere with your daughters', The Band of the Eye is based in Bristol. Formed in 2007, the group has been busy gigging in the UK and has an impressive amount of international airplay under its belt. The January/February issue of Alternative magazine included The Band of the Eye's 'Beatnik Acoustics' on the cover-mount CD. 'Dress-Down Day' is from the group's recording sessions with legendary producer Paul Tipler.
