Helluvah is the project of French singer-songwriter Camille Warmé. One voice, one guitar, but loads of power and energy.
It may at first seem like folk but don't be misled, it sure does rock.
Helluvah writes gripping songs somewhere between sweetness and rage, joy and despair, but always on the edge. And then there is the voice… no disguise, no faking, just pure emotion. After a self-released demo in 2006, “Lost In Progress”, and many gigs through France and Europe, she's releasing her first EP, “Fall To Winter” (Blog Up Musique / Kitchen Music / Pias), featuring this track “High / Down”.
Her debut album entitled “Emotion Pills” we be out in February 2008. Don't miss it.
